Our commitment

Where Is The Photobooth is committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act and consistent with our obligations under New York State and New York City human rights law.

What we've done

• Semantic page structure — landmarks, headings, and navigation are marked up so screen readers can navigate the page.
• Accessible forms — the email input has a programmatic label and error announcements, and the form works with a keyboard alone.
• Text alternatives — meaningful images carry descriptive alt text.
• Reduced motion — the typewriter animation and blinking cursor are disabled when your system is set to prefer reduced motion.
• Works without JavaScript — the page's content is rendered on the server, so the text is readable even if scripts don't run.
• Responsive layout — the site adapts to different screen sizes and supports browser zoom.

Known limitations

• Google reCAPTCHA — the signup form uses an invisible, third-party spam check whose markup and behavior we don't control. It normally runs without any interactive challenge.
• No formal audit yet — the site has been built with accessibility in mind but hasn't been independently audited. If you find a barrier, we want to know.

Assessment and updates

We review this statement and the site's accessibility as the site grows. When new features launch, accessibility is part of the work — and this page will be updated to reflect where we stand.
